We collect only what you send us in a form, and the ordinary logs of our web server. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising and nothing loaded from other websites. Write to sales@plutohx.com to see, correct, or delete your details.

This website, plutohx.com, is run by Maltirra Solutions, Houston, Texas. It presents PlutoHX, mechanical design software that is in development. For any question about this policy, write to sales@plutohx.com.

  • When you send the contact form: your name, company, email address, the topic you chose (a question or a demo) and your message.
  • If the link you followed carries a short tag (for example "expo"), the form keeps it too, so we know where you heard of us.
  • When you visit any page, our web server logs the request: the network (IP) address of your device, the time, the page, the referring page, and your browser’s name and version.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and the pages load nothing from other websites.

To reply to you, to arrange demos, and to keep the website working and safe, for example by limiting how often a form can be sent from one network address. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

The website runs on a server of Amazon Web Services (AWS) [in the United States, region to be confirmed]. Each form you send is stored in a file on that server and may be sent to our sales inbox by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). The people at Maltirra Solutions who handle sales and support can read it. AWS processes this data on our behalf.

  • Form submissions: as long as we need them to reply to you and to arrange a demo, and [no longer than 24 months] unless you become a customer.
  • Web server logs: 14 days, then they are deleted.
  • To limit repeated submissions, the website holds your network address in memory for up to 10 minutes. It is not stored with your form.

You are welcome to ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details you sent: please write to sales@plutohx.com. Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, the law may give you further rights. [Counsel to confirm the wording for each.]

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms are checked on the server, and stored submissions can be read only by the website’s own service and our administrators.

This website is for engineering professionals and students. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
