These terms apply when you use plutohx.com, the website that Maltirra Solutions, Houston, Texas, runs for PlutoHX.

PlutoHX is in development and is planned to launch in Winter 2026. The features, plans, and dates on this website describe what is being built. They may change as the work goes on, and they are not an offer or a promise to supply.

The technical content of this website, including the worked examples, is for information. It is not engineering advice, and it does not take the place of the judgment of a qualified engineer or of the codes that apply to your project.

We are glad to arrange demos. Asking for one does not create a contract, and any later use of PlutoHX will have terms of its own.

We ask everyone to use the website fairly:

  • please leave its security as it is, and avoid loading it with automated traffic;
  • please send genuine form submissions only;
  • and please use it for lawful purposes.

Names, marks, and content

PlutoHX, PlutoGen, PlutoVS, PlutoTK, Maltirra Solutions, and their logos are names and marks of Maltirra Solutions. The text, drawings, and 3D model on this website belong to Maltirra Solutions. You are welcome to link to any page, and we are happy to hear from you if you would like to reuse the content.

The names of codes and standards (ASME, TEMA, API, and others) belong to their owners. We use them only to say which codes PlutoHX works to.

We take care over this website, and it is provided as it is, without warranties, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, Maltirra Solutions is not liable for a loss that comes from using this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. [Counsel to confirm.]
