Use case
For fabricators and manufacturers.
Bids that start from the customer’s own datasheet, and a build that is planned stage by stage.
Preparing a bid
From the customer’s datasheet to a quotation.
The datasheet arrives
The customer sends the process datasheet that came out of their thermal design software.
PlutoHX parses it
The fields are parsed straight from the sheet, with no manual re-entry.
The estimator approves
The estimator reviews the data and approves it.
The design and the list
PlutoHX designs the exchanger and lists the material take-off and the weights for the quotation.
In the shop
The build, in the order it happens.
Once the order is won, the eight fabrication stages show the shop how the exchanger goes together: the front end and the shell made separately, the tube bundle built up and slid into the shell, the ends closed and the unit set on its saddles.
Features you will use most
For bids and for the shop floor.
Coming Winter 2026
We would be glad to show you PlutoHX.
PlutoHX launches at the end of this year. A live demo shows how it fits the way your team works.
